Reportage Properties, a well-known real estate developer from UAE, has announced that it will be offering discounts on properties in Dubai.
As per a statement released by the developer, people can now avail of a discount of 10% on sales day.
The special sales day in the city is going to be held at the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina.
The event will also include special offers on projects launched by various companies.
Along with the 10% discount, the event will allow people to put down only 10% of the down payment and pay 1% in monthly installments until the property is handed over.
Real estate sale
Reportage Properties has further revealed that it will be announcing the launch of one of its most recent projects in Dubai.
The CEO of the company, Islam Ahmed Suleiman, went on to add that the real estate market in the city, as well as the UAE, is recording a positive trend in activity and growth.
Thus, according to the CEO, this progress in real estate is going to boost the sales of the company throughout the UAE.
In his words, Reportage is excited to make special offers to potential buyers and provide reductions and discounts in line with the aspirations of investors and buyers in the city.
Suleiman believes that doing so would help enhance the sales of the company’s different projects located in Abu Dhabi, as well as outside of the UAE.

The portfolio of the company currently includes a total of 28 projects, which are located in different parts of the world, such as Egypt, Morocco, Turkey, and the Emirates.
A report revealed that the sales of Reportage Properties exceeded AED2.3 billion by the end of 2022 and AED1.6 billion in 2021. The growth between 2021 and 2022 came around to 45%.
According to Suleiman, the strong sales of the company in different parts of the world are further going to reinforce its plans for launching new projects and expanding into more areas.
Other projects
The CEO noted that Reportage Properties recently announced a number of key projects in Dubai alone.
These included Bianca, which was launched in the previous year and included 653 townhouses.
Another project revealed by the company was Verdana, which is situated in the heart of Dubai Investment Park and boasts 305 townhouse units.
Suleiman added that the company follows a strict timetable when it comes to the construction of its projects.
He explained that Reportage Properties makes sure to track everything, from progress to completion and delivery.
Back in 2022, the company was successful in completing and delivering no less than three real estate projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The Al Raha Lofts 1 project was inaugurated at the Al Raha Beach area in Abu Dhabi, along with the Oasis Residence 1 project, which is situated in Masdar City.
Moreover, Reportage Properties also managed to complete the first phase of its Rukan Lofts project, which is currently being constructed in the Dubailand area.
