The leading publicly listed real estate developer of Ras AlKhaimah, RAK Properties, has announced an identity rebranding plan, as part of its wider move to ensure strategic transformation.
This rebranding plan was announced in the presence of the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah and UAE Supreme Council Member, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin SaqrAl Qasimi.
There were also a number of other dignitaries in attendance at the event that was held at the Intercontinental RasAl Khaimah Resort and Spa.
The rebranding
The aim of the new identity is to symbolize the growth journey of the developer as it is working with the RAK government for supporting the development of the emirate into a tourism and regional business hub.
A refreshed narrative, a new visual identity and tonality is part of the rebranding and it is in accordance with the ‘Spirit of RAK’.
According to a statement, the purpose of the rebranding is to help attract new investment to the emirate.
HH Sheikh Saud stated that they wanted to enhance the position of Ras Al Khaimah as a leading global and regional destination for investment in real estate and tourism.
He added that these sectors drive economic growth, which is an important aspect of their sustainable development strategy that can provide future generations with a bright future.
He also stated that this was also a new era for RAK properties on its path to a successful investment journey.
Important announcements
This reveal came with a number of other important announcements for RAK Properties, which includes a new partnership with the luxury lifestyle resort, beach club and branded residence operator, Nikki Beach Global.
The two will be working together on the development of a new branded resort named Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Ras Al Khaimahthat will be located at Mina Al Arab.
Another collaboration was also announced with a renowned design-led boutique developer based in Dubai named Ellington.
The two will be working on a premium beachfront residential development named Porto Playa that will be located in Mina Al Arab on Hayat Island.
The project is the first one of Ellington Properties in Ras Al Khaimahand is aimed at redefined waterfront living in the emirate.
RAK Properties
Another announcement from RAK Properties was about a residential development comprising of 668 units on Hayat Island named Cape Hayat.
Four residential towers will be part of the project and offer one to two-bedroom apartments, a range of studios and luxury penthouses offering breathtaking views of the coastline.
Chairman of RAK Properties, AbdulazizAbdulla Salem Jasem Al-Zaabi, said that Ras Al Khaimah can become a global tourism and business hub due to its wise leadership.
He also stated that RAK Properties was committed to building communities that could offer sustainable and endurable experiences and lifestyles.
The CEO of RAK Properties, SamehMuhtadisaid that there had been tremendous growth in RAK Properties recently and they were now working on their core sales business and recurring revenues.
He added that they were also developing master-planned communities for honing their real estate development expertise.
