A part of retail pioneer and UAE-based developer, Majid Al Futtaim, Majid Al Futtaim Development has launched its final project Amara at Tilal Al Ghaf.
The creator has been expanding its luxury real estate portfolio and the project is the latest distinctive residential complex to be added to it.
The Emirati developer unveiled the project and said that there are a total of 116 private twin villas that are part of Amara and The Bergman Design House has curated all the interiors.
The key development is built around a community park and well-designed play and water areas have brought it to life.
There are also various residential amenities that are part of the complex, which include a multipurpose hall and gym, which have become a staple feature of all world-class lifestyle destinations by Majid Al Futtaim.
The developer said that mature lush landscaping has been used to weave the entire community together seamlessly and offers easy connections to residents to adjacent neighborhoods.
The project brings to the forefront the concept of contemporary community and innovative design with interplay seen in pairs of adjoining volumes.
To put it simply, a space for the entrance has been created by recessing a third of every twin villa and this offsets it dramatically from its successor.
The developer said that the volumes follow the masterplan, which involves creating a dynamic façade by further breaking the alignments of the twin villas.
Interlocking, platonic volumes have been used for villas and they are reinforced with patterned and textured finishes that add a simple elegance.
The mass of each villa has been subtracted to provide semi-outdoor areas, which provide living quarters with greenery, thereby encouraging an indoor-outdoor living experience.
Meanwhile, the residents can go from entrance to the garden to single and double-height spaces, allowing them to enjoy beautiful and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes.
Hawazen Esber, the CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Development, said that the project would introduce a new era of design and connectivity in residential complex.
It would provide a uniquely integrated lifestyle that would be characterized by outdoor elements and communal experiences.
Esber said that the interior design of Amara will be its beating heart, which comprises of dynamic facades and architecture.
The natural materials and earthy color palettes work in synergy for presenting a community of unassuming elegance and understated luxury, along with the touches of inner sanctuary.
Esber went on to say that Amara would be an excellent addition to their growing portfolio of luxury destinations all over Dubai.
He added that it would offer a lifestyle where rest, renewal and relaxation would be the foundation of the everyday life of residents.
Bergman Design House’s Albin Berglund and Marie Soliman said that they have blended modern luxury seamlessly with Tilal Al Ghaf’s natural beauty.
They said that organic elements have been highlighted with the use of handpicked stones and timbers, thereby providing residents with obstructed views of the beautiful surroundings.
