Based in the UAE, developer Majid Al Futtaim announced contracts for Elysian Mansions and Alaya, two of its key residential neighborhood communities.
The said contracts are valued at AED 3 billion and are part of the flagship lifestyle destination of the group in Dubai, Tilal Al Ghaf.
Globally renowned interior designers and architects have designed the bespoke community named Elysian Mansions. It boasts a total of 94 exclusive mansions that are the epitome of luxury.
According to the developer, Greek mythology’s Elysian Fields have inspired the customizable five-to-six bedroom waterfront villas that are part of Elysian Mansions.
The essence of the community lies in the harmonious convergence of architecture, art, nature and culture, which can provide residents with an enriched living experience.
The technology-enabled homes will cover an area of 11,000 square feet and are marked by sophisticated architecture and luxurious design.
The developer said that these features help set this community apart and it offers some of the most thoughtful and distinctive residences to date.
As far as Alaya is concerned, this neighborhood covers an area of 200,000 square meters and comprises of a total of 130 grand villas with spacious landscaped grounds.
Alaya is aimed at enhancing the appeal of Tilal Al Ghaf as a resort-style community, as it offers customizable façade selections, which include the bright Mediterranean and the Modernist.
Likewise, it also has extended Zen suites that can be tailored to accommodate the preferences of residents.
According to Majid Al Futtaim Development, contracts for both Alaya and Elysian Mansions worth AED 3 billion have been awarded.
Both the neighborhoods are expected to reach completion somewhere around mid-2026.
The primary contractor for Elysian Mansions’ development will be Innovo Build, which belongs to the ASGC Group.
As for Alaya, one of the region’s leading construction entity named Unec will be responsible for its construction.
The Emirati developer stated that the groundwork for Elysian Mansions has already been completed and the contractor is actively working to meet the target completion date.

The flagship community of Tilal Al Ghaf covers an area of three million square meters comprising of walkable neighborhoods connected by a network of jogging trails, cycling tracks, pathways and green spaces.
