A renowned luxury residential developer in Dubai, Iman Developers, has broken ground on its premium project named 10 Oxford.
The latest masterpiece of the developer is located within the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and is an investment of about AED 45 million or $113 million.
Iman unveiled the project in question and said that it is extraordinary because it is a seamless fusion of nature and contemporary living due to its biophilic Zen-inspired design.
The 10 Oxford project is considered unique because of its amenity space that covers an area of 52,000 square feet, which is one of the largest ones within the developer’s portfolio.
Once the project is completed, 10 Oxford will offer a total of 430 residential units to its residents and these will comprise of a number of living spaces.
These include one and two-bedroom apartments and studio apartments, along with a number of major amenities.
The expansive water area of 10 Oxford is one of its most prominent features, as it covers an area of 200,000 square feet on the first floor.
This would provide residents a unique oasis for recreation and relaxation right in the center of the city of Dubai.
Some of the amenities that will be part of 10 Oxford include a Zen Garden, a fully equipped gym, a meditation enclave, a rooftop farming area, a serene floating river and a revitalizing jogging track.
Residents will also be able to enjoy a refreshing swimming pool, an inviting club house, a barbecue area and an infinity pool.
Iman Developers revealed that there is a stunning selection of more than 40 health, community and lifestyle features that have been incorporated into 10 Oxford.
A top official stated that the breaking ground of the project is the start of a new era of luxury living in the emirate because it is where contemporary living and nature will coexist harmoniously.
Iman Developer’s Managing Director, Ismail Marfani, also talked about the premium project. He said that 10 Oxford highlighted the developer’s commitment to create sustainable and harmonious living environments.
He went on to say that they had integrated Zen-inspired biophilic design into 10 Oxford meticulously.
He also added that the developer was looking forward to inviting families and individuals to begin an extraordinary living journey when they opt for 10 Oxford.
