One of UAE’s high-end developers, Durar Group, has decided to tap into the high demand for luxury branded residences.
It is launching an upscale development valued at AED 700 million, or $190.58 million, in Ras Al Khaimah on the man-made archipelago Al Marjan Islands.
The project marks the debut of Durarin the Northern Emirates of the UAE. The developer is well-known for its impressive J One Towers that are located in the BurjKhalifa district.
Christie’s International Real Estate is globally renowned and its affiliate, Christie’s International Real Estate Ras Al Khaimah, will function as the development’s exclusive marketing and sales agency.
Durar has named the project Masa Residences and it is the first collaboration of the developer with YOO.
John Hitchcox, the international property developer, co-founded YOO with Philippe Starck, the well-known designer.
There will be a total of 394 apartments in the development, which include 8 villas on the ground floor that will face the Arabian Gulf, one and two-bedroom apartments and studio apartments.
The project is expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Ibrahim Alhabib, the Chairman of Durar Group, said that their vision had been to develop high-end idyllic branded residences and the ideal destination to do so is AlMarjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The chairman stated that every single room in the apartment offers breathtaking views of the sea. He also said that the project has a strategic location.
Therefore, it would be capable of providing investors with high capital appreciation and deliver the owners, or tenants an unparalleled living experience.
Durarwill offer superior interior residences with its partnership with YOO. He also added that the thriving tourism activity of the island offers buyers promising yield and significant capital gains.
Christie’s International Real Estate
Jackie Johns, the Managing Partner of Christie’s International Real Estate Ras Al Khaimahsaid that Masa Residences boast an enviable location.
They offer a beach-front setting that offers interrupted views of the beautiful Arabian Gulf. Moreover, it is at a distance of just three minutes from Wynn Al Marjan Island, the upcoming integrated resort.
She stated that Ras Al Khaimah has seen an increase in development activity, which hints at a promising era of progress and growth.
She added that they were excited to announce that in collaboration with Duraron its project, they were opening their office in Ras Al Khaimah.
She revealed that they had done extensive research and accumulated market data, which revealed that housing dwellings in Al MarjanIsland had recorded a steady rise in demand.
Therefore, Johns said that they considered it the premium time to launch a premium branded residential project.
She disclosed that not only were they excited about launching Masa Residences, but were also confident that it would sell out.
