London Gate, real estate developer, launched a residential tower on Wednesday by the name of Maya V that was sold out within an hour.
Located in the Jumeirah Village Triangle, the tower has 102 units and is scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter in the next year.

Dubai real estate
The UAE real estate market conducted studies recently, which revealed that 1,800 new units are expected to be introduced in New Dubai by 2026.
Meanwhile, in the same timeframe, the number of new units to be launched in Central Dubai will be about 1,900.
London Gate’s CEO, EmanTaha said that when it comes to top real estate ventures, Dubai has become an unparalleled destination.
The chief executive said that their aim was to revitalize and redefine the vision of the iconic skyline and real estate landscape of the city.
Therefore, London Gate was setting up new thresholds that would help them go beyond industry standards.
Ms. Taha went on to say that they were committed to meet and even exceed the changing demands of the real estate market.
The plans
The CEO revealed that they would launch developments in the premium hotspots of the emirate and would also launch one of the tallest buildings located in Dubai Marina.
They would also launch branded residences that would be one-of-a-kind and extraordinary residential spaces in Jumeirah Village and Dubai Land.
She added that their aim was to incorporate unparalleled style, exceptional quality and innovation for creating an enduring legacy.
She said that the company would become synonymous with excellence and set up a new paradigm for transforming the concept of luxury living in Dubai.
The projects
London Gate’s upcoming projects promise exceptional amenities and features, which would be a reflection of the developer’s commitment to excellence.
Located in Dubai Marina, Marina 106 would be about 434 meters tall and would offer a total of 649 units that would exemplify luxurious living.
These spaces include deluxe duplexes and one to four-bedroom apartments that would offer breathtaking views of the city.
As for Nadine I and II, these will be located in Al Furjan and the design of the vibrant community has been inspired by the architectural wonders of Rome and Venice.
As for Maya V, it is located in Jumeirah Village Triangle, and offers 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments that are interconnected and designed especially for families.
Dubai has seen a rise in demand for quality residential properties, as growing interest from both buyers and developers has resulted in strong momentum.
The launch event saw a rise in broker interest, with almost 1,200 brokers in attendance. A spokesperson for London Gate said that developers were unable to keep up where delivery is concerned.
Therefore, the demand was greater than supply and as long as that happens, the strong momentum would continue to persist.
