It offers a variety of spacious residential options, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio apartments that span between 409sq feet and 1,270sq feet.

Residents can enjoy a personalized and distinct living space. Every apartment comes with a fully furnished private balcony and is an architectural masterpiece due to the exceptional facilities.

Luxury living has been redefined in the post-pandemic world and Concept 7 has lived up to all contemporary demands.

As hybrid work models have become common and people are adopting home-centric lifestyles, Concept 7 offers a variety of amenities.

These include a dedicated play area for pets, a kids and adults pool, a rejuvenating wellness center, along with an efficient space for co-working for keeping up with the ever-changing demand of the residents.

The real estate market

Concept 7 has been launched at a time when the real estate market in Dubai appears to be thriving. According to data from Property Finder, there has been a 43% year-on-year growth in August.

This has seen the value climb to a whopping AED 33.7 billion or $9.2 billion. Due to strong economic growth, there is robust demand for property in Dubai.

Zoom Property reported that upcoming locations, such as JVC, have seen almost 1,000 transactions recorded early this year, which were valued at AED 774 million.

Devmark’s CEO, Sean McCauley said that they were excited to introduce Concept 7 in collaboration with Condor Developers.

The CEO said that analyzing buyer trends can provide valuable insights to developers and designers alike and they had used them for developing Concept 7 that could transform the user experience completely.

Best-performing district

The CEO continued to say that they had opted for JVC because recent years have seen a surge in demand for apartments in the area because of its sense of community.

He said that their research had shown that JVC is one of Dubai’s best performing districts, as almost 11% of new project launches are happening there.

He added that Concept 7 would prove to be a valuable addition to the area, as it would provide superior quality and residents would be able to have a lavish living experience in a modern setting with the best amenities.

The CEO and Chairman of Condor Developments, VidhyadharanSivaprasadsaid that working with Devmark on Concept 7 had been an incredible pleasure.

The chief executive said that they were looking forward to providing modern living options in one of the leading neighborhoods in Dubai.
