Best-performing district
The CEO continued to say that they had opted for JVC because recent years have seen a surge in demand for apartments in the area because of its sense of community.
He said that their research had shown that JVC is one of Dubai’s best performing districts, as almost 11% of new project launches are happening there.
He added that Concept 7 would prove to be a valuable addition to the area, as it would provide superior quality and residents would be able to have a lavish living experience in a modern setting with the best amenities.
