A leading global and regional real estate developer, Damac Properties, recently launched a collection of urban-resort villas in the community of Damac Hills.
The UAE developer said in a statement that there will only be 27 contemporary villas in Utopia that have been inspired by the pleasures you can enjoy at a never-ending resort holiday.
Indulgent signature features make up each of the spacious villas, which include in-villas spas, underground parking with a turntable, home cinemas, basement entertainment areas and infinity pools.
The villas are available in three topologies, which range from five to seven bedrooms, and their design is aimed at maximizing natural light.
They also offer sweeping lake or golf course views and complete privacy. Meanwhile, the indigenous and lush greenery, rich marbles and cool metals complement the clean lines of the villas.
These exclusive villas will also provide people with breathtaking views of internal lush green courtyards and an internationally-acclaimed golf course.
General Manager of Projects, Mohammed Tahaineh, said that the luxury real estate market in Dubai is one of the most competitive ones.
He stated that it was no longer enough to have the best finishes and with Utopia, they would be able to push things further.
The purpose of the urban resort-style villas is to enhance the living experience and provide people with plenty of distinct spaces to simply relax, gather, or entertain.
Other than the amenities that are available in their homes, a range of other amenities will also be provided to Utopia residents at the Damac Hills community.
Fun-lovers will be able to take advantage of Malibu Bay, which is a wave pool that offers beach-like vibes. The Trump International Golf Club will offer plenty of entertainment to golf lovers.
Meanwhile, animal lovers will have a dog park and pet farm, equestrians will have the stables and the athletically-inclined will be able to enjoy facilities for football, cricket, volleyball, tennis and more.
The developer is taking steps towards ensuring a more sustainable future and Utopia is one of them, as it has used locally-sourced materials and boasts a cool design for creating cool corridors between the villas.
The company has taken major steps in its commitment to support the net-zero ambitions of the United Arab Emirates.
This year saw Damac Properties extend its support to DEWA’s 25th Wetex as a diamond sponsor. Furthermore, it also announced its ESG (environmental, social and governance) risk rating recently.
This stands at 18.3 points. The third and upcoming master community of the developer named Damac Lagoons was also pre-certified the LEED platinum recently in the category of Cities and Communities.
It is actually one of the first communities to get the certification. Buildings with LEED certification are able to get the highest rents internationally.
In addition, vacancy rates for such buildings tend to be 4% lower than other properties and their lease-up rates are almost 20% above average.
