One of the top real estate developers in the United Arab Emirates, Damac Properties, has awarded two significant contracts for Damac Hills, which is its flagship master development.
The contracts are valued at AED 588 million ($160 million) and have been given to Engineering Construction and Reconstruction Company.

Having a value of AED 341 million, the first contract of Damac Hills is for the Gems Estates cluster. The second contract is for the Cavalli Estates, which is valued at AED 247 million and is also part of the prestigious Damac Hills community.

Meanwhile, Roberto Cavalli, the famous Italian fashion house, has branded the home interiors. The contract is for construction of numerous high-end villas.
These will come with amenities aimed at taking the residents’ lifestyle to new heights. Gems Estates will have cutting-edge recreational facilities and lush green spaces.
