Investment holding group Yas Holding has its headquarters in the United Arab Emirates and its real estate division, Taraf, has initiated the development of its project Luce.
This is an exquisite residential development that will be constructed in Dubai on Palm Jumeirah. The groundbreaking means that the construction phase has now begun.
Taraf has entered into a partnership with AsasatAldhafraAPCC Building Contracting and MZ Architects for the project.

Taraf’s CEO, Ahmad Shibel, said that they were thrilled to begin construction of the project that has a value of more than Dhs350 million.
He also added that it was the first iconic property for Tarafand they intended to redefine the standards for residential properties with it.
He went on to say that they were proud to have partnered with leaders in the field for making the project into a reality.
