An award-winning, multinational real estate developer in the UAE, Aqua Properties has unveiled its groundbreaking project in the Arjan neighborhood in Dubai.
The upscale development is named ‘The Central Downtown’. The developer had recently revealed its plans of launching a series of major developments in Dubai with a valuation of AED 3 billion, or $816 million.

There will be four towers part of The Central Downtown project, which will be based in a plot covering 300,000 square feet and will reach new heights in 2026.
This is the biggest land parcel in the dynamic neighborhood of Arjan and will be atop a shopping mall that covers an area of 150,000 square feet.

Tumbi stated that their vision was to create spaces that would stand out from conventional living. He went on to say that residents would be able to enjoy an enriched lifestyle, thanks to The Central Downtown.
This is because the project would cater to every need of the community. 1,168 residential units will be offered by The Central Downtown project.
These include one, two and three-bedroom apartments, studio apartments, along with an array of retail stores.
The property is also connected to renowned attractions and major highways, which include Dubai Autodrome, Dubai Butterfly Garden and the Miracle Garden.
The optimal connectivity of the project is further enhanced by its proximity to new communities, such as JVC, Arabian Ranches and Dubai Hills and Sheikh Zayed Road is also directly accessible.
The location of The Central Downtown is considered strategic because it is between Dubai’s two airports and just half an hour drive away from Al Maktoum International Airport and Dubai International Airport.
