ACUBE Real Estate Development LLC is making its foray in the growing property market of Dubai with the launch of its premier luxury residential project.
Scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2025, the Adhara Star project is located in Arjanand is a 17-storey luxury residential building.
The building will offer retail spaces and 113 units that will be luxuriously furnished, with apartments having one to three bedrooms.
The developer also added that this was just the beginning of a number of upscale residential developments that they are planning to undertake in the next three years.

ACUBE SFO DMCC launched its subsidiary named ACUBE recently. The group of companies is owned by a single family and has about two decades of experience under its belt.
This includes both residential and commercial development projects throughout the GCC, with it undertaking some of the major ones.
The new subsidiary is now looking to construct and sell residential property in Dubai spread across one million square feet by 2025.
The first of the two developments to be announced this year is the AdharaStar.
The real estate dynamics

The project
The first tower that the developer will work on is located in Arjanand the Adhara Star will highlight the company’s commitment to affordability, quality and style.
Fully furnished units will be provided through the 17-storey tower that will come with the finest fixtures and materials, which include ceramic tiling, high quality porcelain, Roca sanitary ware and Bosch whitegoods.
Residents will also be able to enjoy all the amenities that come with community living. Some of the facilities they will be able to access include basketball court, pools, jogging track, steam room, Jacuzzi, sauna and a Japanese garden.
The prices start at AED 999,000 for 1-bedroom units, AED 1.3 million and AED 1.7 million for 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units, respectively.
Iyer said that global property buyers were coming to Dubai because it has developed a reputation of being one of the safest and happiest cities in the world.
Therefore, he said that demand would be high for well-build and quality residential units and they were using this opportunity to showcase their own capability.
